Sauna experience – The whole hog
Going to the sauna or Russian baths is a cultural experience. Admittedly, it’s not every one’s cup of tea. However, it is also great for relationship building.

These last weeks have be COLD (-15 oC). Volodya, a member of our church, has had us over a number of times for the sauna. I’ve been really enjoying the true sauna experience.
This last time we were blessed with a thick blanket of snow. So, instead of the cold shower we dived into the soft white stuff.
Exhilarating! I assure you!
Is there any heat involved after the cold? The 2nd photo looks as though you might all be in a conventional sauna
