A Skoda, is it a Cesk republic brand? My first car in Australia was an old A40 Austin pickup truck, bought with money I received from a friend. We lived in Sydney at that time. Alice, I and family travelled everywhere with it until it eventually conked-out and we exchanged it for a bigger and better car. We fondly remembered the little Austin, our first car ever. Re: Alice, my dear spouse. Alice passed away 18 months ago. She had pancreatic cancer, when the cancer was discovered in September 2008 it had already spread to the liver, lungs and stomach and Alice died the 24th December 2008, Chrismas Eve. The Church was packed to overflowing at her funeral service, late comers had to stand outside at the door. Alice and I were together for 60 years including the courtship years. This month, June 16 2010, we would have celebrated our 60th Wedding Anniversary. The Ladies Guild prepared a lunch for the people who stayed after the service. She was a very popular Lady being involved in many Associations and served actively on their committees. She was incinerated. Half her ashes are entombed at Albany Creek Cemetery. My eldest daughter, Dominique, took the other half to France, to Alice's Birth place where they are deposited in the Family tomb of her parents. I thought you knew. I hope and pray the Lord that you will raise the money to pay for the Air fares to come and visit Australia. I am looking forward to see you again soon. You have been blessed with your two boys and now a beautiful daughter....your lives have been saved and the Government "TRY" but do not deter you from anything that you need to want, have, and do and you have received things from the blessings and love that you have sent out to everyone. I will be 68 in March this year, tried to retire, but no!!! I have too much energy, and love for my fellow people, but have not been able to do anything that you have done, Soooo I am going back to work for either a few months, it could lead to 12 mths or even 2 years....If this is the case, then God will then allow me to bless you and your family with small donations to help pay ever 1 thing that you need to take some pressure of your daily committments. May our Lord keep that Plated Armour over all of you as he has always done, and that he will keep providing you and your congregation to even a fuller relationship with him.
